At our school, we are dedicated to ensuring every student is Dukes Future Ready. A few weeks ago, we took another significant step toward that goal as Kirk Bates, our KS5 Coordinator and International University Advisor, attended the Annual Dukes University and Careers Counsellor Accreditation Conference at Dukes House in London.
The conference was an intensive day of professional development, featuring industry-leading guidance from specialised organisations including:
- Oxbridge Applications & Dukes Drama
- The Lawyer Portal & The Medic Portal
- InvestIN & A List Education (US Admissions)
These sessions were specifically designed to help our students secure places at elite universities in the UK, the USA, and across the globe. Beyond admissions, the workshops explored super-curricular development, student-centered counseling, and high-performance learning strategies.

We are proud to announce that, during this conference, Kirk successfully received his official accreditation certificate.
